Gacheke is now Nationally recognized for her community work and services in Yoga and Ayurveda as a gift  to her village men, women and children. 

As well as giving classes, workshops , nature hikes and retreats  for health workers in Local Government Hospital and giving open community yoga classes at public parks in Nyeri Town, at the Nyeri Golf club and  the Nyeri Cultural center.
