Description

The all time IndianTtraditional Snehan (massage)-Swedan (steam) two-step Ayurveda therapy with special dosha balancing and purifying technique is called Abhyanga. It is given with specific strokes on muscles and joints in specific patterns and must be finished with herbal team for 10-20 minutes.
